Paul H. Spitz
Serving Businesses Throughout Ohio and CaliforniaAbout
They say that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, but that is pretty boring if you ask Attorney Paul H. Spitz. Plenty of lawyers finished college, went to law school, started practicing law, and have done nothing else in their careers.
That is not Paul.
His career journey began on the beaten path, but it did not take long for him to chart a different course. Paul went to college at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Then, he graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law and practiced law for 7 years, mostly in Boston.
This is where things started to change. Paul was drawn to the intellectual challenges of law, but he wanted to know what it was like to be in the shoes of the business owners and investors he served.
So, he returned to school and got an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Following school, he started a coffee and tea import business in San Francisco, and after that, he purchased and ran a picture-framing franchise. How many lawyers have framed an original Andy Warhol painting of Chairman Mao or a collection of original conceptual artwork and storyboards from the Star Wars films?
A Different Kind of Attorney
Now, Paul is back to law, running his own firm and using what he gained from his unconventional journey to help startups and entrepreneurs achieve success.
He has dealt with the same issues as the business owners who turn to him, from making payroll to leasing a space and implementing marketing strategies. As a result, he has a deeper understanding and insight than the average lawyer, who might only focus on statutes instead of real-world business problems. No matter the situation, you can lean on Paul for efficient legal solutions that allow you to focus your efforts and resources on growing your business.
As an attorney, he has worked with companies ranging from startups to large international organizations. Clients of Kinetic Law receive Paul’s direct attention on crucial matters, whether contract negotiations or formation decisions. For him, nothing comes before helping businesses reach new heights.
Paul has lived in Ann Arbor, Boston, Bloomington, Chicago, Santa Fe, and San Francisco and now lives in Cincinnati, his hometown. When he is not at the firm, he collects photography, plays piano, goes to concerts (classical, jazz, rock, country), reads spy novels and thrillers, and travels when he can.
You can enlist Attorney Paul H. Spitz’s assistance for numerous matters, such as business formation, licensing, operation, and franchising.
